I actually just whip it up in Photoshop and use layers and the vertical text tool.If you ever want a new one just give me a buzz and I'll be happy to make it.As for photoshop (assuming you ever want to learn any) I know my bf is alot better than me and a better teacher so I can make him give you some tips if you want.
